Konto und Daten löschen
So löschst du dein HesaCut-Konto und die zugehörigen Daten – in der App (Web und Android) oder per E-Mail. Anbieter: HesaTech (Hesam Salehi).
In der App
- Melde dich bei HesaCut an.
- Öffne „Konto“ (in der Leiste unten oder im Menü).
- Tippe auf „Konto löschen“ und bestätige mit „Endgültig löschen“.
Per E-Mail
Schreib von der E-Mail-Adresse deines Kontos an info@hesatech.de mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen“. Wir löschen dein Konto innerhalb eines Monats und bestätigen es dir per E-Mail.
Was gelöscht wird
Dein Konto: E-Mail-Adresse, Passwort-Prüfwert, Bestätigungscodes und Tarif. Ein laufendes Abo wird vorher gekündigt.
Was wir aufbewahren
Rechnungs- und Zahlungsbelege, solange Steuer- und Handelsrecht es verlangen (bis zu 10 Jahre), und Nachweise über Kündigungen oder Widerrufe für 3 Jahre.
Videos, Fotos und Projekte
Sie liegen nur auf deinem Gerät, nie bei uns. Du löschst sie in der Bibliothek, unter Konto → „Lokale Daten löschen“ oder indem du die Daten der App bzw. des Browsers löschst.
Delete account and data
How to delete your HesaCut account and the data linked to it – in the app (web and Android) or by email. Provider: HesaTech (Hesam Salehi).
In the app
- Sign in to HesaCut.
- Open “Account” (in the bar at the bottom or in the menu).
- Tap “Delete account” and confirm with “Delete for good”.
By email
Write from your account’s email address to info@hesatech.de with the subject “Delete account”. We delete your account within one month and confirm it by email.
What is deleted
Your account: email address, password hash, confirmation codes and plan. A running subscription is cancelled first.
What we keep
Invoices and payment records for as long as tax and commercial law require (up to 10 years), and records of cancellations or withdrawals for 3 years.
Videos, photos and projects
They are only on your device, never with us. Delete them in the library, under Account → “Delete local data”, or by clearing the app’s or browser’s data.
